Locations / Facilities - Our newly constructed Salt Lake City facility is fully accredited by ABC, and was custom built specifically to serve the individual needs of our patients. We are conveniently located in a low traffic area just 3 minutes from I-215, which ties into all major freeway systems in the Greater Salt Lake Area. We also have an ABC accredited satellite office in Ogden.

On Site Manufacturing & Adjustments - In house fabrication is essential in enabling us with the capabilities to design and manufacture a solution best suited to each patient's needs. In addition to allowing us to manufacture a better product, in house fabrication also improves delivery times while minimizing visits to our facility.

Flexible Billing - We are preferred providers for virtually all insurance carriers, including Medicare, Medicaid, WCF of Utah, The VA, SelectHealth, Altius, PEHP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, DMBA, Aetna, Cigna, United HealthCare, etc.
